As a boy growing up in Rome, my fondest memories are Sundays in the park at Vigna Stelluti, where my brother and I would skip from the most amazing gelato stand to our favourite spot on the grass, flop on our backs and enter our fantasy gelato world.

A world where every moment seemed frozen in an amazing sensory assault and every cloud in the sky made you feel it was about to rain gelato.

Those wonderful childhood memories are my inspiration for making the finest gelato I can possibly make for my family, friends and you today.  I make my gelato using traditional artisan techniques, combined with the finest 100% natural ingredients and laced with some wonderful modern flavour sensations.  My passion is driven by my desire for you to also experience the opportunity to freeze a moment in time and escape into another world.
